Characterisation of a Redundant Glovebox line
A redundant glovebox line needed to be decommissioned. Previous experience with the line indicated that the dose environment was complex and that the dose could be expected to vary dramatically as a result of plant alterations made during decommissioning. Access to the plant internals to make direct estimates of quantities of active material was not possible.
