By road From The South:
Leave the M6 at junction 44, take the 1st exit onto the A7 signposted Carlisle. At the traffic signals turn right onto Park House Road. At roundabout take 2nd junction, turn first left onto Chandler Way, then turn first right onto Cooper Way. Clifford Court is on the right.

By road From The North:
Leave the M6 at junction 44, take the 4^th exit onto the A7 signposted Carlisle. At the traffic signals turn right onto Park House Road. At roundabout take 2nd junction, turn first left onto Chandler Way, then turn first right onto Cooper Way. Clifford Court is on the right.

By rail:
Carlisle can be reached by rail from the west coast regional line.

By coach:
Carlisle is a National Express terminal and has frequent bus services to and from the rest of the country.
