Lancaster event
A special conference for undergrads at Lancaster University heard how REACT operates in the marketplace. Trevor Craig was invited to speak to engineering and science students about REACT's nuclear decommissoning activities.
'It was an excellent opportunity to meet the engineers of tomorrow to give them an insight into the working world and the realities of business', said Trevor. His key messages to the students included to be customer focused at all times and able to deliver a quality service, to be flexible and able to market changes. He also stressed the importance of continuous improvement and growth that extended opportunities at all levels of the company. As more engineers are employed by SMEs than any other sector this offers real opportunities for ambitious graduate engineers to move quickly into positions of influence.
