Integrated Project Management Services
A redundant fuel storage pond containing a wide variety of radioactive residues was to be decommissioned. To ensure that the strategy for decommissioning could be managed effectively, a range of project management services was required.
The Issues
A
revised strategy had recently been completed for the project and
programmes of work had to be developed and implemented to deliver
programme commitments.
Our role was to assist in developing and
implementing a range of project management techniques consistent with
the level of complexity of the project and client corporate
requirements.
Our involvement helped the project to structure the phases of work to minimise project risk and assisted in the development of appropriate project management structures to effectively deliver the project.
