Our Solution

We worked with the project teams to develop detailed work breakdown structures to reflect the work to be carried out. Each element of work was assessed to provide an indication of the likely timescales.

Estimates of the overhead costs associated with carrying out work in an active environment were established by facilitating recovery of best available historical data from other similar work. This data was constructed to provide a means of allocating the active working overhead associated with the work.
