Implementation of Project Management Procedure
A major client had developed a Project Management Procedure that was to be implemented on a Corporate wide basis.
The Issues
Our client wished to implement the procedure and provide guidance to the project managers on the use of the procedure and how it fitted in with the current management system. The procedure was written for ’larger’ projects and our client wished to implement the same procedure for ’smaller’ projects.
