Our Solution 

We facilitated a number of workshops with the client’s senior project managers to help define the relevant sections of the project management procedure and its relationship with how the department currently worked.

A matrix and a series of flow-charts were then developed to assist project managers in planning their projects and meeting the requirements of the procedure. Guidance to project managers was produced for the application of the procedure to smaller projects, in particular to help project managers select the parts of the procedure which were relevant to the project they were managing.
