REACT prides itself in investing in the young engineers of tomorrow. Our programmes of work experience are aimed at giving students the opportunty to experience the vocational demands of engineering while also promoting the opportunties for careers in professional engineering.

Over the last few years we have developed a number of linked initiatives and schemes to raise the engineering profile amongst students, to provide relevant work experience and to secure the future workforce of REACT.  We've called this our 4 Steps Into Engineering™ Programme.
