• Understanding of UK policy with respect to decommissioning and nuclear waste management including the current technical requirements for handling, storage and disposal of low level and intermediate level waste

• Knowledge and understanding of UK regulatory requirements covering both safety and environmental requirements for decommissioning projects and nuclear sites in general

• Project management experience drawn from a range of industries and clean up projects, including specific expertise in project definition, project implementation, risk assessment and risk management, preparation of functional requirement specifications and design, trials and procurement specifications

• Experience in assessing business strategy, business case, developing business plans, and developing and assessing contract strategy.

• Facilitation of workshops covering a wide range of topics including problem definition, value engineering, design assessment, safety and environmental assessments, plant hazard assessment, risk identification and management, project reviews, business plans, and stakeholder assessments
