Role: Senior Consultant / Process Engineer

“I began work at React when I joined the company on a Summer Placement in 2021. Having enjoyed this, I returned and completed a subsequent summer at which point I was offered their Futures programme. This opportunity meant React sponsored me for my last year at university and secured me a Graduate Consultant Engineer role at the company.

After returning full-time, I have furthered my skills across a number of high-profile projects within the company. During this time, I explored new areas such as business programme development but also pursued my interests in project delivery and process engineering. I gained a range of experience from leading workshops, to developing decommissioning strategies, to completing technical engineering calculations.

The company fosters an environment that empowers its people to take on additional responsibility whilst also offering the right level of nurture and support. It is this approach which has allowed me to grow into a Senior Consultant role within the company and continue to deliver on many of its unique and challenging projects.”
