Role: Brand & Marketing Lead

I joined React Engineering as Reception and Facilities Coordinator and within my first six weeks, the team recognised both my potential and my passion for marketing, offering me the opportunity to move into a newly created Brand and Marketing Coordinator role. That trust gave me the confidence and motivation to demonstrate the impact I could make in this area.

Today, as React Engineering’s Brand & Marketing Lead, I am responsible for shaping how our business presents itself internally and externally. My role spans marketing strategy, brand management, events, and social media, and I work closely with our leadership team to ensure our messaging reflects who we are as a company, supports recruitment and business growth, and showcases the people and personality behind React.

What I enjoy most about working at React is being part of a business that continues to evolve. I’m excited to keep developing our brand and helping shape the next stage of our marketing journey.
